Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building web applications.
- Extensive experience hand coding vanilla HTML, PHP, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Experience with web services including REST and SOAP.
- Experience working with 3rd-party APIs using JSON, REST, XML, or SOAP.
- Experience developing in at least one modern JavaScript or PHP framework (e.g., jQuery, ReactJS, Laravel).
- Working knowledge of the LAMP stack and SQL.
- Understanding of unit and E2E testing concepts.
- Experience in team-based development environments using Gitflow and Docker.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work meetings within 10am-7pm Pacific Time.
- Experience with high-performance, scalable, public-facing applications (strongly preferred).
- Experience with PHPUnit, Mocha, BrowserStack, Selenium WebDriver, or Cypress.io (a plus).
Responsibilities
- Create and manage custom API-based software solutions for internal application integration.
- Develop and maintain customized solutions to enhance integration with third-party APIs.
- Manage the product lifecycle from inception to implementation.
- Perform testing and create technical documentation for software solutions.
- Provide post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with remote developers and external partners.
- Translate user needs into requirements documents and coordinate testing and training.
