Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within Personal Lines insurance, brokerage, agency, carrier, or related environments.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale growth, strategy, and transformation initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Proven ability to influence executives, build followership, and lead collaboratively across complex structures.
- Deep knowledge of Personal Lines products, markets, distribution, carrier relationships, and industry trends.
- Experience developing market segmentation strategies, client niche strategies, or specialization models.
- Strong track record of building high-performing teams, developing future leaders, and strengthening organizational capability.
- Willingness to travel periodically as business needs require.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-year Personal Lines strategy aligned with enterprise growth objectives.
- Define market segmentation, specialization priorities, and value propositions to drive growth and client success.
- Lead the evolution of the Personal Lines operating model for scalability and operational excellence.
- Partner with regional leaders to drive organic growth and improve market penetration.
- Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with carriers and strategic partners.
- Establish enterprise standards for technical excellence and professional development.
- Lead through influence in a matrixed environment to build alignment across regional and corporate stakeholders.
