Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations through Zoom and phone.
- Identify individual and family financial protection priorities.
- Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.
- Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment.
- Provide personalized, needs-based recommendations.
- Maintain and update client coverage, including beneficiary updates and policy reviews.
- Provide ongoing policy support and claims-related guidance.
