- Comfortable using Zoom, phone communication, computers, and virtual collaboration technologies.
- Reliable computer or laptop, high-speed internet, webcam, microphone, and a quiet professional workspace.
- Coachability and openness to feedback, mentoring, and continuous professional development.
- Willingness and ability to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License.
- Willingness to complete required virtual training and participate in ongoing professional development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled virtual and phone appointments with individuals and families who have requested information about available benefits.
- Build trust with clients by actively listening to their needs, answering questions clearly, and delivering a professional, personalized experience.
- Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options once appropriately licensed.
- Provide needs-based guidance and help clients understand coverage features, benefit choices, applications, and enrollment requirements.
- Assist clients with beneficiary information, documentation, and other enrollment-related processes.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients following enrollment and provide support for applicable service needs, updates, and policy reviews.
- Maintain accurate digital client records and ensure timely, professional follow-up.
- Participate in virtual onboarding, product education, sales training, coaching, workshops, and professional development activities.
