Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in corporate strategy, strategy consulting, strategy planning, or operations.
- Experience within a complex, matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated experience leading OKRs, goal-setting processes, and business reviews.
- Strong experience deploying go-to-market strategies and managing strategic initiatives.
- Expertise in building cross-functional partnerships and influencing without authority.
- Strong structured problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into recommendations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for senior audiences.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and change.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) for strategic work.
Responsibilities
- Lead corporate strategy planning, including developing the strategic narrative, roadmap, and OKRs.
- Own the Monthly Business Review (MBR) process, tracking progress and surfacing risks.
- Deploy go-to-market strategies and high-priority initiatives from inception through execution.
- Partner cross-functionally with senior leaders across Tech, Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, and Operations.
- Develop scalable tools, processes, and competitive insights to improve strategic execution.
- Operate independently with single-threaded ownership to deliver measurable results.
