Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in an agile software environment.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing feature releases.
- Strong agile acumen, with specific experience in Scrum environments.
- Proficiency in agile product management tools, specifically Jira.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to build respect and collaborate with cross-functional technical teams.
- Excellent communication and emotional intelligence for stakeholder management.
- AI Forward mindset and willingness to explore disruptive technologies.
Responsibilities
- Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog with clear, actionable user stories.
- Act as Product Owner in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, demos, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and commercial stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Influence internal stakeholders from Alpha stage deployment through General Availability.
- Leverage data and KPIs to drive product decisions and improvements.
- Pilot new technologies, specifically focusing on generative and agentic AI.
