Job Details

5-7 years of product management experience, preferably in software or technology-focused environments.
Deep customer-focused mindset with a track record of treating user experience as a first-order design constraint.
Proven ability to manage products throughout the full lifecycle, from discovery and strategy through delivery and optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize information for data-driven decisions.
Experience working closely with software engineering teams on system architecture and API design.
Strong stakeholder management and influence skills across cross-functional teams.
Comfort using AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining sound judgment.
Ownership mentality with ability to operate strategically and execute details as needed.
Ability and willingness to travel approximately 10–15% annually for team meetings and stakeholder engagement.

Build a deep, evidence-based understanding of customer needs and frustrations.
Define and communicate a product vision and roadmap that treats customer trust as a measurable outcome.
Apply systems thinking to translate complex business problems into product solutions across the full customer journey.
Lead product discovery through direct user research and clear problem definition.
Collaborate closely with design, engineering, QA, and data teams throughout discovery, delivery, and iteration.
Use data to tell a clear, honest story about product performance to leadership.
Drive alignment across stakeholders and facilitate decision-making in complex or ambiguous situations.
