Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year experience as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive in an agency or related industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage project timelines and budgets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- Prior experience with medical communications or the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Experience writing statements of work (SOWs) and project briefs is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Operate as the lead point of contact for assigned projects.
- Provide quality control for client deliverables and align creative briefs across teams.
- Facilitate the medical-legal-regulatory review process for promotional items.
- Partner with project management to develop timelines, track milestones, and manage budgets.
- Lead client communication, including taking meeting notes and preparing contact reports.
- Monitor project budgets and identify potential issues or out-of-scope items.
- Develop and deliver status and financial reports for clients.
