Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related subject.
- At least one year of experience as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive in an advertising, marketing, or communications industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Flexibility for travel up to 5%.
- Medical communications or healthcare industry experience is a plus.
- Experience writing SOWs and project briefs is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Operate as the lead point of contact on assigned client projects.
- Ensure quality control of client deliverables and materials.
- Facilitate the medical-legal-regulatory review process for promotional items.
- Develop timelines and milestones in collaboration with Project Management.
- Monitor project budgets, labor costs, and out-of-scope items.
- Prepare client contact reports and track next steps during client interactions.
- Attend internal meetings to report on project status and financials.
