Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in supply chain, transportation, logistics, fleet management, or related systems.
- 3+ years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM or related Oracle transportation/fleet capabilities.
- Proficiency in functional support, troubleshooting, and managing system enhancements.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain and transportation processes.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Extensive experience with functional testing, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with both technical and business teams.
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the functional Product Owner for Oracle Fusion SCM and Fleet Management.
- Provide Tier 2 support for complex escalated issues and troubleshoot functional process gaps.
- Prioritize incidents, defects, and enhancement requests in partnership with business and technical teams.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and configuration enhancements.
- Support functional testing, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
- Manage fleet administration, transportation execution, carrier tendering, and rate offerings.
- Communicate priorities, risks, and project status to stakeholders.
