Requirements

- Strong experience working with REST APIs.
- Good understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Solid programming skills in Python or JavaScript.

- Ability to work autonomously in a remote, async environment.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain LLM-powered automations for support workflows.
- Integrate LLM models and third-party services through REST APIs.
- Design, test, and refine prompts; evaluate model outputs for quality and reliability.
- Create lightweight internal tools and UI components using HTML and CSS.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve automations running in production.
