Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience building production software with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
- Practical commercial experience with PHP, Node.js, or Golang.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Solid SQL skills and experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Working knowledge of Docker for application development and deployment.
- Practical experience with testing methodologies and defining test coverage.
- Basic knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, AWS, and cloud-native solutions.
- Ability to write technical documentation using C4 model and ADRs.
- Strong task decomposition and prioritization skills.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Deliver product features using AI coding agents as your primary implementation loop, including writing specs, context-rich tasks, and iterating on outputs.
- Review and verify agent-generated code with high rigor to ensure production readiness.
- Take full ownership of features end-to-end, including clarifying requirements, ensuring test coverage, deploying to production, and monitoring performance.
- Improve team workflows involving agents by defining shared context, rules, prompts, and guardrails.
- Conduct code and documentation reviews to share knowledge and maintain consistency.
- Participate in duty rotations for monitoring production systems and responding to incidents.
