Requirements
- Strong professional experience with Python and FastAPI.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph and LangChain.
- Experience building RAG pipelines, tool calling, and MCP integration.
- Experience with AWS and Docker.
- Comfortable working daily with AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
- Very strong organizational skills, able to manage scope and priorities with minimal oversight.
- Very strong communication and presentation skills in English (B2 level).
- Professional proficiency in Polish (B2 level).
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the ongoing development of an operational AI system (RMS) used by the Credit team, adding an AI Assistant layer for fast analysis, lookups, and data processing.
- Build and improve RAG pipelines, tool-calling flows, and MCP integrations using LangGraph and LangChain.
- Collaborate closely with a small, high-caliber team of 6-8 engineers and the team manager.
- Communicate directly with the US-based client when needed in a clear, consulting-appropriate manner.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while staying tightly aligned with team priorities and client expectations.
