Requirements
- Strong hands-on AWS experience (EC2, ALB, IAM, VPC, ECR, SSM Parameter Store, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, S3, KMS, ACM, Auto Scaling, SES, WAF, OpenSearch)
- Practical experience with multi-environment releases on AWS
- Experience with GitLab Runner autoscaling and build infrastructure
- Solid Docker and containerization knowledge
- Strong Terraform and Infrastructure as Code experience
- Practical GitLab CI/CD experience, including pipeline design
- Knowledge of Datadog, CloudWatch, monitoring, alerting, and log analysis
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of platform security and access management
- Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform
- Build, optimize, and support Docker-based deployments
- Develop and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines
- Manage GitLab runners and build infrastructure
- Implement monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability solutions
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and production issues
- Ensure platform security through IAM and least-privilege practices
- Support platform reliability, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives
