Requirements
- Native Mandarin speaker with full English fluency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or Client Services.
- 5–6+ years managing e-commerce clients with net sales exceeding $20 million annually.
- Experience with brands importing from China is highly preferred.
- Track record of working in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
- Ability to engage effectively with C-level executives and support teams.
- Strong independent and team leadership skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Unlock full GMV potential by building smart, competitive fulfillment contract models.
- Develop and execute strategic playbooks to meet ambitious brand goals.
- Own end-to-end account health, including on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and sales forecasting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders at all levels.
- Lead brand communications, project delivery, and weekly business reviews.
