Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in managing contracts or similar administrative functions (deal desk, accounting clerk, project management, office admin).
- 1-3 years of experience in advertisement technology or a related field.
- Experience writing and discussing agreement documents, proposals, and statements of work for professional services.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and maintain decision/task logs.
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with technology solutions like DocuSign, Salesforce CPQ, and JIRA.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
- Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and assist in the sign-off of sales agreements, process documentation, and business requirements.
- Manage project lifecycles from initiation to completion, including contract tracking and document repository maintenance.
- Build relationships with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to accelerate agreements and drive process improvement.
- Provide administrative and project management support for cross-functional business processes.
- Conduct ongoing data reviews and corrections to maintain accurate customer and business system data.
- Identify process bottlenecks within Revenue Operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
