Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Renewals Operations, Revenue Operations, or related B2B SaaS function.
- Experience managing quoting, pricing validation, approval routing, and product configuration.
- Hands-on experience with CPQ platforms (DealHub preferred).
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Strong analytical and financial skills including deal modeling and KPI reporting.
- Understanding of revenue recognition principles and margin analysis.
- Knowledge of SaaS retention metrics like gross and net revenue retention.
- Demonstrated ability to transform manual processes into scalable, automated workflows.
- Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the CPQ platform, including product catalogs, pricing, quote templates, and approval rules.
- Manage daily Deal Desk operations, including quote creation, pricing validation, and approval routing.
- Translate commercial policy changes into scalable system configurations and workflows.
- Maintain data integrity across CPQ, CRM, and billing systems to ensure alignment between quoted, booked, and invoiced values.
- Build executive reporting for KPIs, SLA performance, cycle time, and quote accuracy.
- Support renewal and expansion operations through data forecasting and process management.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to resolve issues and advance deals.
- Maintain documentation and enablement materials to facilitate accurate transactions.
- Implement automation and AI tools to improve quoting, validation, and operational efficiency.
