Requirements
- 8-12 years of progressive project management experience, including management of multiple concurrent projects.
- Demonstrated experience leading medium-to-large, cross-functional projects in complex organizational environments.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across business and technical teams.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
- Experience working within a PMO or enterprise portfolio management environment preferred.
- Experience with project portfolio and work management tools such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms preferred.
- Experience leading projects involving process improvement, technology implementations, organizational change, or operational transformation preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects of varying size, complexity, and strategic importance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, resource plans, and deliverables.
- Establish clear project scope, objectives, success measures, and governance frameworks.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, risks, and outcomes.
- Ensure projects comply with PMO standards, methodologies, governance frameworks, and best practices.
- Identify project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs, milestones, budgets, and success metrics.
