Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant education and experience.
- 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project Manager, or in a closely related role.
- Experience managing technical product portfolios and leading technical teams in web-based solutions.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and ceremonies.
- Experience facilitating cross-functional teams and working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to identify and remove impediments and manage dependencies.
- Experience creating and delivering client briefings and status reports.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Must have reliable internet service suitable for effective remote work.
- Willingness to work occasional extended or weekend hours as required.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate core Scrum events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement techniques.
- Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional team members, Product Owners, and technical stakeholders.
- Partner with Product Owners to refine, organize, and prioritize product backlogs.
- Identify impediments, dependencies, risks, and roadblocks and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
- Continuously assess team processes and introduce adaptations to increase efficiency.
- Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and recalibrate when priorities change.
- Support technical product portfolio management and contribute to status reporting.
