Requirements
- 4-5 years of digital marketing experience.
- 3+ years of experience in an agency setting.
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience with at least 2 paid advertising channels (e.g., Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat).
- Experience with bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development, and campaign strategy.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite.
- Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid media's role in the marketing funnel.
- Strong ability to translate marketing data into insights and narratives.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Experience with client-facing presentations and communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead performance marketing strategy and execution across marquee accounts, ensuring delivery against client goals.
- Conduct thorough QA to prevent errors and ensure accurate budget pacing.
- Lead proactive strategy recommendations across assigned channels, surfacing opportunities and risks.
- Analyze campaign data to develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Maintain client testing roadmaps and manage experimentation cadences.
- Apply advanced technical knowledge in attribution, incrementality, and measurement frameworks.
- Lead proactive, strategic client communication regarding media buying and optimization.
- Support the growth of junior talent through coaching and knowledge-sharing.
