Requirements
- Experience designing and shipping talent development or enablement programs within high-growth technology or engineering organizations.
- Demonstrated AI fluency across the development lifecycle, with experience building or shipping AI-enabled learning experiences.
- Proven judgment on when to buy, build, or intervene in talent development solutions.
- Exceptional facilitation skills, particularly with senior leaders and technical audiences.
- Ability to operate as a function of one, with clear prioritization and scoping skills.
- Strong consultative and influencing skills, including partnering with senior leaders to drive adoption.
- Ability to define meaningful development KPIs and translate outcomes into business impact.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Own IonQ’s talent development strategy by diagnosing capability and performance gaps.
- Architect and ship end-to-end development experiences for audiences ranging from new hires to executives.
- Build the leadership bench by creating development pathways for new managers and senior leaders.
- Design development paths for deep technical experts and engineers who do not manage people.
- Embed AI into employee and manager development through coaching, practice, and personalized paths.
- Scale the enablement ecosystem by activating internal experts and managing the talent development vendor portfolio.
- Define and track a measurement framework covering adoption, time to proficiency, and business impact.
