Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Strong working knowledge of .NET, C#, and MongoDB.
- Proven ability to tackle large, complex engineering problems with independence.
- Expertise in identifying system gaps, proposing improvements, and elevating code quality.
- Strong communication skills for design documentation, technical discussions, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience mentoring developers through pair programming and code reviews.
- Practical, critical approach to evaluating and adopting new tools and technologies.
- Comfort and ability to share knowledge on agentic AI best practices.
- Ability to work effectively within Eastern Time hours.
Responsibilities
- Own the design and delivery of complex features end-to-end, from initial scoping through production.
- Contribute to and lead technical design discussions within your team by writing clear documentation and building consensus.
- Set and uphold best practices within the team, such as testing strategies, code quality norms, and observability standards.
- Partner closely with product managers and designers to understand customer problems and advocate for sound engineering tradeoffs.
- Mentor less experienced developers through pair programming, code review feedback, and technical conversations.
- Apply a practical, hands-on perspective on using agentic AI tools to create leverage in development workflows.
