Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end consumer native mobile app work.
- Experience designing for habit or behavior change.
- Strong product judgment, balancing user needs, business goals, evidence, and craft.
- Exceptional visual and interaction design skills for iOS and Android.
- Ability to generate a wide range of creative concepts before converging on solutions.
- Comfortable working with data, A/B testing, and evidence-based design.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to explain complex problems and design decisions.
- Ability to work independently on complex projects with little day-to-day direction.
- Experience with prototyping to validate ideas and test concepts.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance design workflows.
Responsibilities
- Turn loosely defined problems into clear, compelling product experiences through wide exploration.
- Partner with Product and Data Analytics to shape and analyze A/B tests to inform product direction.
- Design high-quality native experiences for iOS and Android with strong visual and interaction craft.
- Translate complex behavioral and scientific concepts into simple, engaging, and motivating app experiences.
- Work closely with engineers during implementation to ensure design system consistency.
- Run usability testing and synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Own complex, strategically important work from ambiguous starting points through to successful delivery.
