Requirements
- 5+ years of direct, hands-on experience designing, scaling, or managing provider performance operations, clinical productivity frameworks, or provider network operations
- 15+ years of experience in business operations, management consulting, healthcare operations, or high-growth health tech
- 8+ years of direct people management experience
- Deep understanding of clinical network operations and core provider metrics such as panel management, utilization rates, and clinical outcome tracking
- Proven ability to scope analytical frameworks and partner with analytics teams to translate data into operational tools
- Demonstrated experience building strategic roadmaps and aligning executive and clinical leadership around shared outcomes
- Strong change management skills with the ability to turn complex processes into scalable systems
- Passionate about expanding access to evidence-based mental health care
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a holistic provider performance vision, establishing standardized, scalable frameworks across all clinical service lines
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing operations team while supporting professional development
- Partner with the Data Analytics team to build a unified data vision and centralize systems for tracking provider availability, capacity, and performance
- Oversee the development of operational tools, workflows, and cross-program dashboards to empower clinical managers and executive leadership
- Serve as an operational partner to senior leadership on growth initiatives with a focus on provider availability, network utilization, and productivity
