Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Must have experience with SAP Concur.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to be a self-starter and embrace daily change.
- Effective communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task.
- Experience with Bill.com and Ramp.com is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and process invoices in Bill.com to determine correct expense classification and payment terms.
- Utilize Concur and Ramp.com for efficient expense management.
- Review and analyze vendor and contractor contracts to determine proper accounting treatment.
- Analyze invoices to establish expense amortization schedules for prepaid expenses.
- Analyze cash needs on a weekly basis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and the Sunshine Act regarding payments to healthcare providers.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.
- Manage vendor relations and resolve invoice processing discrepancies.
- File 1099s in a timely manner.
