Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounts receivable transaction processing experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, SharePoint).
- Experience with NetSuite and QuickBooks.
- Basic understanding of GAAP accounting principles.
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for client-facing responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in a related discipline is a plus.
- Experience driving process improvement in a heavy growth environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Generate client invoices and statements while maintaining AR sub-ledgers in accordance with GAAP.
- Enter sales orders and recognize revenue using the company accounting system.
- Conduct analysis of contracts and contract billing to ensure appropriate revenue and cost recognition.
- Manage contract and service billings.
- Manage collections of all AR for assigned location(s).
- Respond to inquiries from local leadership, Regional Accounting, and Corporate Finance teams.
- Create process documentation and lead process improvements.
