Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML solution work, technical product, prompt engineering, or automation engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to own projects from ideation to production deployment.
- Working fluency with LLM behavior including prompt design, orchestration, and model selection.
- Strong understanding of database systems and data flow architecture.
- Ability to read code fluently to debug integrations and communicate with engineering teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Insatiable curiosity and self-learning mindset regarding AI advancements.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with AI development platforms like Claude or Cursor.
- Experience with RAG, vector databases, and knowledge-base architecture.
- Working knowledge of SQL or similar database querying.
- Experience with API and webhook integrations.
Responsibilities
- Translate customer success problems into comprehensive AI solution designs.
- Build orchestrators and sub-agents within the internal ORA platform.
- Design and instrument feedback loops to ensure measurable quality.
- Develop AI workflows for the full call lifecycle including pre-call, in-call, and post-call stages.
- Collaborate with RevOps to request and integrate new platform capabilities.
- Partner with Quality Analysts to prioritize builds and improve solution quality.
- Define and document patterns for AI solution design, testing, and deployment.
