Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in a professional environment.
  • Demonstrated ownership of Salesforce integration work with internal and external applications.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Flow.
  • Working command of integration patterns, APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk), and authentication models.
  • Experience with Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, Git-based source control, and CI/CD tools.
  • Comfort with admin-level configuration such as page layouts, validation rules, and permission sets.
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to execute independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and business audiences.
  • Experience with Fintech, payment processing, ACH, or merchant onboarding (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or Asset Lifecycle Management (preferred).
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I, Administrator, or App Builder certification (preferred).
  • Experience in Scrum/Agile environments using Jira (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Share ownership of Salesforce solution design, development, and support for internal and external integrations.
  • Support workflows for merchant onboarding, transaction processing, and customer billing.
  • Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and platform APIs.
  • Design resilient error handling, monitoring, and reconciliation patterns to ensure integration reliability.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for external vendors and partners throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Reduce technical debt in legacy code and maintain clear technical documentation.
  • Adhere to structured release, validation, and version-control practices.
