Requirements
- 8+ years building and operating production services and platform infrastructure in modern cloud environments.
- Proficiency with Go (Golang) or strong readiness to ramp quickly.
- Deep technical expertise in CI/CD systems, container-based orchestration, and scaling large monorepos.
- Experience contributing to technical direction across multiple teams, evaluating tradeoffs, and deprecating legacy systems.
- Familiarity with Agentic AI / LLM-based automation in production, including RAG, memory, and tool-calling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse engineering teams.
- Self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity, and focused on data-driven improvements.
- Experience scaling build/workflow systems like GitHub Actions, Argo Workflows, or Buildkite is a plus.
- Background in developer experience metrics (DORA, SPACE) is preferred.
- Familiarity with supply chain security, container ecosystems (OCI, Kubernetes), or open source communities.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve significant pieces of the Developer Platform including monorepo CI/CD, Agentic AI, and shared build infrastructure.
- Author technical design documents and ensure software is reliable, secure, scalable, and maintainable.
- Improve the speed, reliability, and developer experience of the monorepo CI/CD pipeline.
- Contribute to next-generation change throughput using agent-driven workflows, automated validation, and AI-assisted reviews.
- Productionize the Agentic AI platform by implementing observability, shared memory, and context-engineering patterns.
- Consolidate fragmented build systems and deliver standardized paved road blueprints for new products.
- Partner with internal teams to identify toil and automate repetitive manual work.
- Mentor teammates and raise the bar on design and code reviews.
