Requirements
- Proven competitive programming background demonstrated via a public profile
- Codeforces rating of 1700 or higher, or equivalent IOI/ICPC/olympiad achievement
- Fluent in contest-style C++ (STL, complexity)
- Comfortable writing Python
- Ability to explain why a solution is incorrect and construct breaking input cases
- Strong written English (C1+ proficiency level)
- Experience setting or testing problems for contests or online judges is highly preferred
- Familiarity with testlib for checkers, validators, and generators
- Experience creating data for LLM code benchmarks or evaluation datasets is a plus
Responsibilities
- Write original algorithmic problems including statements, constraints, and intended solutions
- Write correct solutions in C++ and Python
- Design realistic incorrect solutions to test model robustness
- Build and harden test cases using generators, edge cases, and stress tests
- Develop checkers and interactors using testlib for complex problem formats
- Validate that correct solutions pass and incorrect solutions fail within time limits
