Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Enterprise SaaS, or a closely related customer-facing function.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex enterprise or multi-location customers with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong executive communication, presentation, and consultative customer engagement skills.
- Ability to understand operational workflows and translate business challenges into technology solutions.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience identifying retention, renewal, and growth opportunities.
- Proven ability to proactively identify customer risks and opportunities.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple strategic accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on measurable outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across various stakeholder levels.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, wellness, or EMR software is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of enterprise and strategic customers, serving as the primary relationship manager and trusted advisor.
- Build strong relationships with executives, owners, operators, and key stakeholders across complex customer organizations.
- Establish consistent customer engagement cadences, including regular check-ins, business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and proactive communications.
- Drive product adoption across locations, providers, and teams to increase customer value.
- Translate customer objectives into measurable outcomes and demonstrate business value.
- Identify underutilized features and develop targeted strategies to increase adoption.
- Monitor account health and proactively identify churn risks, adoption gaps, and operational challenges.
- Represent the voice of enterprise customers internally, providing clear context to Product and Engineering teams.
- Coordinate complex escalations across internal departments while maintaining clear customer communication.
