Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience working on software projects, preferably involving high-impact or business-critical web applications.
- Solid knowledge of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban, with the ability to facilitate ceremonies and manage value flow.
- Strong experience creating user-centric User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Definition of Done.
- Practical experience with functional validation and UAT, ensuring that features meet business expectations before release.
- Proficiency with product and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Advanced or fluent English, with excellent communication, negotiation, synthesis, and presentation skills for working directly with global stakeholders and clients.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable product specifications.
- Collaborative, proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented mindset.
- Passion for technology, digital products, continuous learning, and improving user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary communication channel for stakeholders, gathering requirements, clarifying needs, and aligning expectations around timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to break down epics into clear, manageable user stories and technical requirements.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog according to business value, user needs, technical effort, and delivery priorities.
- Write user-centric User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria (AC) and Definition of Done (DoD).
- Conduct functional validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure delivered features meet business requirements before release.
- Maintain and evolve the product roadmap, identifying potential bottlenecks and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the user experience and contribute recommendations based on stakeholder and product needs.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and support effective collaboration and value flow across multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in discovery sessions, stakeholder management, product reviews, and discussions with international clients.
