Requirements
- Completed bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience with e-commerce operations and/or marketplaces.
- Solid understanding of catalog, order, invoicing/NF-e, inventory, and logistics workflows.
- Practical knowledge of REST API integrations.
- Ability to read technical documentation and interpret JSON payloads.
- Experience validating requests using Postman.
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, and Meet).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability and willingness to mentor colleagues.
- Knowledge of SAP Business One processes is considered a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation process for newly assigned clients using established procedures.
- Coordinate documentation and ensure clear project milestones.
- Conduct discovery sessions to map customer processes, operational workflows, and business requirements.
- Develop and validate Business Blueprint documentation for solution design.
- Configure and test system solutions to ensure functionality and quality.
- Plan and monitor unit and integration testing.
- Deliver training to enable user autonomy and effective solution adoption.
- Lead project and service implementations to ensure a successful transition.
- Document and track system improvements and product enhancement opportunities.
- Support and mentor team members to foster knowledge sharing.
