Requirements
- Education or ongoing/completed studies in Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Critical thinking and a detail-oriented approach to identifying defects and potential risks.
- Interest in software quality, testing, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with development and other technical teams.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple testing activities and priorities.
- Experience as a Software Quality Analyst within an agile team (Nice to have).
- Experience using JIRA or dedicated test-management tools (Nice to have).
- Knowledge of test automation practices and tools (Nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Execute functional mobile tests, including both manual and automated testing scenarios.
- Manage and execute regression test scenarios to validate software releases.
- Identify, document, track, and manage bugs throughout the release cycle.
- Analyze defects and collaborate with development teams to support timely resolution.
- Evaluate quality and delivery risks, identifying potential impacts before releases.
- Work with development teams to negotiate deadlines, corrections, and appropriate solutions for identified issues.
- Contribute to optimizing testing processes and improving the overall quality of software deliveries.
- Support the organization and maintenance of test scenarios and related quality documentation.
- Collaborate within an agile team, contributing to a continuous culture of quality and improvement.
