Requirements
- Four-year degree in engineering, construction management, or a construction-related course of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of five years of project management experience in electrical construction projects related to energy infrastructure and technology.
- Demonstrated experience evaluating costs and scope of work for electrical construction projects.
- Ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Strong presentation and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
- Eligibility to obtain and sustain a DOD Secret level security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
- Participate in the development of project scope, cost estimates, schedules, and delivery solutions.
- Coordinate pre-construction meetings.
- Provide accurate project status reporting, including milestone progress, risk management, and financial performance.
- Perform in-person site visits as needed.
- Participate in project meetings with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and leadership.
- Monitor and mitigate project complexities, communicating issues to the Business Unit Vice President.
