15+ years of experience in financial services, insurance, wealth management, distribution operations, customer experience, product operations, or related fields.
Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
Strong understanding of Independent Broker Dealer distribution or similar advisor-focused distribution models.
Demonstrated success improving customer, advisor, or operational experiences through strategic initiatives.
Skilled at using data, customer feedback, and business insights to prioritize work and drive decisions.
Proven ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; High school diploma required.
Ability to travel as needed.

Lead the strategy and evolution of the Independent Broker Dealer channel experience.
Partner with senior leaders to identify priorities, improve operational performance, and enhance ease of doing business.
Use customer, advisor, operational, and business insights to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
Influence strategic roadmaps and ensure channel needs are represented in business and technology initiatives.
Provide thought leadership and drive execution of high-impact, cross-functional programs.
Lead, coach, and develop high-performing leaders and teams.
Drive initiatives that improve service, efficiency, scalability, and advisor satisfaction.
Manage budgets and resources to support strategic priorities and organizational goals.
