Requirements
- Proven track record of success in acquiring new clients and/or in account or partnership management.
- German language fluency for clear communication in person and in writing.
- Experience in the healthcare sector or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in full-process management.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Team-oriented mindset with a desire for personal development.
Responsibilities
- Establish new relationships with senior care facilities by presenting therapy services to nursing or facility management.
- Coordinate the start of therapists at senior care facilities by working with nursing heads, doctors, patients, and administration.
- Support coordination if shifts affect treatment guarantees for patients.
- Capture and maintain senior care facility data and updates in the CRM system.
- Plan your workday independently to achieve individual and team success.
- Report regularly to your supervisor to monitor performance against KPIs.
