Requirements
- Technical experience relating to APIs, API implementation, and platform-to-platform integrations.
- Proven stakeholder management experience with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong ability to manage expectations, handle competing priorities, and drive issues to resolution.
- Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies and APIs by following documentation.
- Proficiency in MS-Office products, specifically Excel (V-lookups, Pivot tables, filtering, formulas, de-duplication).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidency in speaking and writing in English.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with customers in an allocated portfolio to drive health and growth.
- Gain an understanding of customer business models, structures, and stakeholder needs.
- Provide technical guidance to customers during all phases of their integration life cycle.
- Collaborate with account team members to plan and implement measures to grow customer integrations.
- Analyze integration performance regularly to recommend internal and customer-facing improvements.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional fashion.
- Practice superior time management to work independently from home.
