Requirements
- 8+ years of experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of ServiceNow.
- Strong expertise in ITSM, Service Catalog, and integrations.
- Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems using Mid Servers, cloud-to-cloud, and other architectures.
- Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP web services, including bi-directional integrations.
- Experience with data extraction and integration technologies such as JDBC, ODBC, and ETL.
- Deep ServiceNow scripting knowledge, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Scripted REST APIs, and UI Builder.
- Ability to develop technical design documents and clear implementation specifications.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
- ITIL Foundation certification (preferred).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, configuration, customization, and development of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, Service Catalog, custom applications, and integrations.
- Engage with end users, IT teams, and key stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Design and implement ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer solutions, Business Rules, scripting, UI configurations, and inventory processes.
- Design and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external platforms using REST, SOAP, Mid Servers, and cloud-to-cloud connectivity.
- Provide technical leadership to project teams, conduct peer reviews, mentor engineers, and establish consistent development practices.
- Create technical designs, user documentation, and standard operating procedures to support sustainable platform operations.
- Investigate and remediate production incidents, proactively identifying opportunities to reduce operational risk.
