Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, administration, configuration, and development.
- Expertise in ITSM, Service Catalogs, and Integrations.
- Proven experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST) and bi-directional automation.
- Experience with Data Extraction Technologies (JDBC, ODBC) or ETL integrations.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs, and Script Includes.
- Ability to create comprehensive technical design documents and user documentation.
- Strong strategic planning and resource coordination capabilities.
- Four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
- Willingness to pursue and complete ServiceNow competency certifications.
- Preferred: ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow CSA, and CAD certifications.
Responsibilities
- Interface with end-users and stakeholders to gather system requirements for Service Catalog and integrations.
- Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new modules, workflows, and configurations.
- Configure integrations between ServiceNow and other applications using REST/SOAP web services.
- Mentor project team members through peer reviews and provide technical guidance.
- Conduct impact assessments, participate in user acceptance testing, and manage update sets.
- Remediate production incidents and maintain operational documentation and SOPs.
