Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience managing content and communication-focused projects in the Higher Ed space.
  • Proven experience contributing to content creation in a highly matrixed, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including authoring, editing, proofreading, and creating visualizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt brand voice for distinct professional audiences.
  • Mastery of authoring tools such as PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
  • Expertise with project management methods and tools such as Smartsheet, MS Excel, and Project.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Ability to travel 8–12 times a year to College Board offices or vendors.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and willingness to adopt AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with unit leadership to create and author HE-facing resources including presentations, guides, and reports.
  • Collaborate with Communications and Marketing to integrate program messaging into all outreach materials.
  • Manage key HE resources including the monthly Enrollment Brief newsletter and HE email strategic plans.
  • Develop and integrate AP value messaging into cross-channel campaigns.
  • Manage unit-wide projects such as STARS/Rural Access initiatives and AP fly-in planning.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with communications, marketing, legal, finance, and research partners.
  • Support quarterly and annual reporting cycles with outcome-focused framing.
