Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including senior or lead-level roles.
- Professional experience in the blockchain/Web3 space.
- Proven production experience with the Stellar network.
- Strong professional experience with TypeScript and Node.js backend development.
- Solid knowledge of MongoDB and Redis.
- Experience designing backend systems and contributing to software architecture.
- Strong knowledge of software testing frameworks and engineering best practices.
- Ability to write scalable, reliable, and maintainable production-grade code.
- Experience with cloud, containerization, or modern infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GitHub, Cloudflare).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
- Experience with Stellar Soroban smart contracts (plus).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (advantage).
Responsibilities
- Lead and actively contribute to the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of backend systems and APIs.
- Architect scalable, reliable, and secure backend solutions.
- Develop production-grade services using TypeScript and Node.js within containerized environments.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize code, algorithms, and data access.
- Implement monitoring, debugging, and observability capabilities to ensure system availability.
- Build and maintain comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end test suites.
- Collaborate with blockchain integrations and decentralized networks.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Document APIs, architecture, and technical processes.
