Requirements
- 5+ years of professional Python development experience.
- Solid experience with async stacks such as FastAPI, aiohttp, or Starlette.
- Deep understanding of asyncio.
- Strong PostgreSQL proficiency: schema design, transactions, locking, indexes, and query optimization.
- Experience designing REST APIs and webhook integrations with focus on idempotency and error handling.
- Hands-on performance tuning: profiling, metrics, and load testing.
- Proficiency with Docker as a daily tool.
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes, including deploying and debugging services via Helm charts.
- Strong testing habits using pytest for both unit and integration testing.
- End-to-end ownership of features from design to monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale core AI infrastructure and backend services.
- Develop LLM-powered workflows and multi-agent systems.
- Design and implement reliable production pipelines and integrations.
- Improve system reliability, performance, and scalability through profiling and load testing.
- Collaborate with the product team to define technical architecture and enhance user experience.
- Take features from design through to production, monitoring, and debugging.
