- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience implementing high-impact HR or people-focused initiatives.
- Strong presentation skills with ability to create executive-level content.
- Ability to analyze numerical data and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Experience designing employee surveys, focus groups, or listening initiatives.
- Strong organizational, project management, and change management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive employee engagement strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
- Design, coordinate, and evaluate employee engagement surveys in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Lead focus groups and listening initiatives to understand employee needs.
- Produce global and local reports with actionable recommendations based on engagement data.
- Develop train-the-trainer programs and resources to help leaders interpret data and create action plans.
- Execute communication plans to build awareness and dialogue around engagement.
- Manage and develop a professional training and development team.
