- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Familiarity with luxury travel booking platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury accommodations, private villas, premium air travel, and exclusive experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, primarily within the Eastern Time Zone.
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Senior Advisors to manage and support a portfolio of high-profile members.
- Design highly personalized itineraries tailored to member preferences and lifestyle.
- Coordinate luxury hotels, private villas, transportation, and exclusive experiences.
- Communicate directly with members to anticipate needs and resolve issues during the planning and travel process.
- Manage multiple travel projects simultaneously with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Contribute ideas and initiative to elevate the overall member experience.
