Requirements
- Experience with people management and leading teams of highly technical consulting experts.
- Track record of working in a strategic advisory role to senior IT and business executives.
- Extensive experience presenting to C-level executives at large firms.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture and application runtimes.
- Expertise in enterprise container architectures such as Red Hat OpenShift or competing technologies.
- Proficiency with Linux and container solutions in private, public, and hybrid clouds.
- Deep technical experience with Red Hat products, including OCP, Ansible, RHEL, and RHOSP/RHOSO.
- Demonstrated experience with agile, scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of Architects and Principal Consultants, including career pathing.
- Define team OKRs and KPIs to track progress toward delivery goals.
- Assign technical talent to delivery engagements and pre-sales opportunities.
- Design and communicate enterprise-level architectural roadmaps for strategic customers.
- Support strategic services selling initiatives through executive stakeholder engagement.
- Develop standard methodologies and frameworks for repeatable consulting engagements.
- Provide technical leadership and serve as a point of escalation for clients.
