Requirements
- 3+ years in a full life cycle Recruiting (Talent Acquisition) role.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced candidate sourcing and talent assessment skills.
- Experience building and maintaining internal and external networks.
- Ability to partner with and influence mid-level business leaders.
- Ability to analyze talent acquisition data and make recommendations.
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of legal and compliance aspects of interviewing and hiring.
- Proven research skills using LinkedIn.
- Experience with ATS systems (Workday preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Identify qualified candidates through competency-based phone screens.
- Manage Applicant Tracking System (Workday) to ensure accurate data.
- Proactively approach talent acquisition challenges and gather market intelligence.
- Source and build pipelines through networking, cold-calling, and digital tools.
- Partner with interview teams, Talent Acquisition Coordinators, and HR Business Partners to manage the end-to-end hiring process.
- Provide onboarding support and model best practices.
- Identify and recommend process improvements.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of effective recruiting strategies.
