Requirements
- 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse), Python, and Excel.
- Experience with Metabase, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering tangible impact.
- Ability to communicate complex findings directly and persuasively to leadership.
- First principles thinking approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to act as an owner, taking responsibility for outcomes outside of your primary swim lane.
Responsibilities
- Define business problems and understand what decisions the analysis will inform.
- Define key metrics, build reports, and design experiments.
- Run analyses and surface data insights to move business unit metrics.
- Drive outcomes by presenting actionable recommendations to stakeholders in product, growth, finance, or operations.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, persuasive narratives for leadership.
