Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse), Python, and Excel.
- Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools like Metabase.
- Demonstrated track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering tangible impact.
- Clear and persuasive communication skills capable of influencing leadership-level decisions.
- First principles thinking approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with GitHub and Jupyter Hub.
Responsibilities
- Define the right business problems and key questions before performing analyses.
- Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to surface insights.
- Drive outcomes by recommending next steps to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts.
- Act as an owner by seeing analytical insights through to end-to-end execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally as an embedded member within growth, product, AI, or partnerships teams.
