Responsibilities
- Lead a team building scalable data solutions for Kubernetes and cloud machines
- Hire, coach, mentor, provide feedback, and lead the team by example
- Demonstrate engineering skill by directly contributing code when needed
- Manage expectations with other engineering teams, senior management, and external stakeholders
- Advocate modern, agile software development practices
- Maintain a culture of quality and engineering excellence
- Collaborate with other leaders as part of the leadership team
